All orders are shipped FOB Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, Nevada. Customers must make damage claims through The Audio Video Warehouse. Save all boxes and packing materials.
Credit card payment for drop shipments from vendors will be collected at the time of order placement. Net terms accounts are billed at the time of vendor confirmation of shipment. Please note that special order product is not returnable.
If you receive a damaged box, please refuse the delivery or notate the damage on the delivery slip from the delivery company, in writing. Please call The Audio Video Warehouse immediately at (480)443-1134 and notify us of the problem. If the box is not damaged but when you remove the product and discover concealed damage, please call us to request RA number and return the unit to its original packaging.
All products sold by The Audio Video Warehouse are covered by the individual manufacturers stated warranty. Please refer to the manuals and warranty cards included with the product. A 15% restocking fee plus freight charges will be applied to the return of refused items or stock returns. All sales are final and subject to availability of merchandise. If you would like an RA to return product for credit the following conditions must be met.
All returns require a Return Authorization Form signed by an authorized The Audio Video Warehouse representative. RA requests should be submitted online here on our website. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted. RA’s are effective for 30 days only. All items returned for replacement with missing parts will be charged a replacement fee. Defective product can be returned to The Audio Video Warehouse, for exchange only, within 30 days after sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Special orders and closeouts are not eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason. RA number must be printed clearly on the outside of the carton. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return. Plasma, LCD, and Projection television defectives are non-returnable and must be handled through factory warranty policy.
